Russia’s Novak: No need to extend oil output deal if market is forecasted to be balanced in H2

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak is on the wires now, via RIA, noting that there is no need to extend oil production deal if the market is forecasted to be balanced in H2.

Novak added that the decision on the oil deal will be made in June.
