US Pres. Trump: China is trying to move fast to avoid having the tariffs go up

U.S. President Trump was out on the wires in the lasts hour telling reporters that China was trying to move fast to avoid having tariffs go up after the March 1 deadline. Trump further added that trade talks were going well but they were very complex.
