Congress has until Feb. 8 to avoid another shutdown, Ryan says progress is being made
US Speaker Ryan has crossed the wires saying that progress is being made on the budget deal, although has warned that another Stopgap Bill will be needed because the Democrats are holding things up.
"The House could vote as early as Tuesday on a stopgap bill to fund the government through March 22, according to multiple GOP sources.
