Analysts at Nomura offered their model projections for today's fix in the USD/CNY.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 181 pips higher than the previous fix (6.5991 from 6.5810) and 46 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.6037. The basket implied change is 55 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.5982 from 6.6037)."
